We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Marketing Coordinatorin our growth-oriented engineering, environmental consulting, andconstruction firm. The position is ideal for candidates with a passion forwriting and creative thinking who are self-driven, efficient withdeadlines, and able to work effectively with diverse teams of engineers,marketers, and design staff to create amazing products. The successfulcandidate will partner and work closely with senior marketing and salesleaders on tracking opportunities; creating persuasive proposals,presentations, and marketing materials; and maintaining systems and toolsto promote overall efficiency and effectiveness. The position provides avariety of sales and marketing support functions as outlined below.Detailed Description:The Senior Marketing Coordinator will partner and work closely with marketingand sales leaders in the development of marketing solutions that delivermaximum exposure to new and existing business prospects. The primary focus ison creating persuasive proposals and presentations; tracking andpre-positioning; and maintaining systems and tools to promote overallefficiency and effectiveness. The position provides a variety of sales andmarketing support functions as outlined below.Proposal and Presentation Development - Facilitate company sales and marketingprocesses to help teams pre-position and respond to multiple concurrentpursuits. Processes include coordinating and contributing to all elements ofpersuasive pursuits, including: research, writing, formatting,proofreading, editing, and document production. Effectively manageresources such as administrative support and coordination with graphicsprofessionals and subject matter experts.Marketing Information - Manage the process to create and maintainwell-organized, up-to-date qualification statements, project descriptionsand photographs, and resumes that reflect firm strengths and clientbenefits. Includes writing, researching, and editing material.Client Development - Provide general business development support tofacilitate client contact with client service managers and client serviceteams, including tactical action planning and tracking, assemblinginformation packages, and organizing client workshops and special events.Opportunity Tracking - Provide timely entry of accurate and completeopportunity information in company tracking system, monitoring and workingwith client service managers to populate sales funnel. Use systems and toolsto fullest potential for tracking pursuits, including tagging and sharingproducts and debrief information.Performance Indicators - Report key sales performance results to help staffassess results.Growth Initiatives and Business Development - Coordinate with managers andother marketers to implement company and regional initiatives. Contribute tocompany marketing process improvements.Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree (Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketingpreferred)3+ years of experience in a related marketing/business role.Engineering, environmental, architecture, and/or constructionindustries preferred.Demonstrated strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills(selected candidates must complete an editing and writing test).Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as inteam environments, often under tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on superiorpersuasive writing, presentation. Interview coaching ability a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and AdobeInDesign SuiteSalary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based onthe employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependinguponskills, experience,and education.
