　　What you will do

　　Participate in cross-functional project teams and assist in the development of the company’s brand strategy

　　Develop and execute marketing campaigns (develop promo materials, digital campaigns, advertising etc.)

　　Plan and manage conferences, congresses incl. booths and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments

　　Coordinate market research, competitive analyses, campaign results and consumer trends

　　Support the marketing managers and sales force in organizing marketing activities (local conferences, workshops etc.)

　　Recruit and manage external vendors

　　Manage budget effectively

　　Qualifications

　　MSc or Bachelor degree

　　Minimum 2 to 3 years experience

　　Past work experience as a sales and/or marketing coordinator or similar role

　　Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

　　Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

　　Fluency in German and English

　　We offer an annual minimum base pay of € 45.000,00 gross (full time/All In) per year and attractive benefits (e.g. office location in Vienna 1010, flexible working hours/remote work, bonus payment, pension plan, lunch allowance). The final compensation package will depend on your qualification and experience.
