Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

　　10 years of experience in program management.

　　7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　15 years of experience in product development and management in the Networking domain.

　　10 years of networking (WAN, Edge, routing protocols) work experience.

　　10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.

　　7 years of supervisory experience.

　　Experience driving technical programs in network deployment/engineering, product design, network content delivery or data center networking within telecommunications or Internet industries.

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 　　Set vision and execution of organizational direction for broad, cross-organization projects across the Global Networking Technology team.

　　Strategically partner closely with senior leadership engineering and product managers and to ensure Technical Program Management (TPgM) alignment with engineering and product priorities. Required to forecast resourcing requirements for TPgM team, while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.

　　Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of networking initiatives.

　　Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers with end to end ownership mindset, driving alignment amongst software engineering, network engineering, and partner organizations spanning Technical Infrastructure.

　　Lead Technical Program Management groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage top programs and OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution.
