Senior Manager Talent Development
Position Summary:
KBR is seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager. This position will report to the GSUS HR VP and People Partner and be responsible for close coordination of people-focused programs with the KBR Talent Development team and GSUS BU talent development POCs. This will include overall coordination of the following Programs and Activities (Tech Fellows, Tech Journal, Technical Training best practices (i.e. DSE Sys Engrg), Technical Career Path implementation, Technical Communities of Interest), assessment of near-term and future needs aligned with Program requirements and Project Velocity and progress towards those needs, Leadership Strategies and other targeted development, and Talent Calibration and Succession Planning.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field
12+ years of relevant experience
Preferred work location of Houston, TX, Chantilly, VA, Fulton, MD, Huntsville, AL or another KBR employee population center (will consider remote/hybrid for highly qualified candidate)
