Virtual/Remote Role; We are looking for a technically minded individual to help take our organic search program to the next level.
Skills and Expertise:
Passionate about SEO and discoverability
A creative problem solver with innovative new ideas for growing organic traffic.
Strong technical SEO background
Experience leading link building, technical, and content SEO strategies
Familiar with emerging web platforms like REACT and their impacts on SEO.
A team player who finds solutions that help across teams and organizations.
Able to communicate effectively with Content, Engineering and Product teams
Willing to roll up your sleeves and help the team wherever is needed
Results-driven, data-driven, with a strong business acumen
Are an Expert user of SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, AppRadar, SEOClarity, Splunk, Botify, ScreamingFrog, Lighthouse, and more.
Responsibilities:
Delivering and growing highly engaged and converting organic traffic to Frontdoor Brands
Create strategic direction for SEO team by collecting, articulating, and distributing high level goals, OKRs, & quarterly roadmaps
Drive the technical SEO strategy and goal setting in support of key initiatives to improve site infrastructure, taxonomy, URL validation, and more.
Manage vendor and agency relationships.
Manage the SEO budget and investment allocations
Be a thought leader and evangelize SEO best practices throughout the organization.
Develop, prioritize, implement, and measure SEO experiments.
Ensure product releases meet SEO needs, with ongoing QA and communication of recommended changes.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics.
Lead and manage a team of SEO experts, aiding in career development and coaching
Qualifications
Background:
5+ Years of enterprise in-house or SEO agency experience required
2+ Years technical SEO experience
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Demonstrated track record of growth
Scripting knowledge such as Python a plus
Other/State Specific
This role pays between $105,900 - $152,500 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
