　　Job Description

　　The Manager of Security Configuration Management is a critical role within ServiceNow's security organization. This role is accountable for security configuration management activities for the enterprise. An ideal candidate will have cross-functional leadership experience to effectively coordinate various workstreams impacting the Program and reducing risk.

　　The successful candidate is experienced in all aspects of security configuration management and vulnerability lifecycle, and skilled in managing and enabling technical teams to get the job done. This individual is an excellent communicator and coach, motivated, proactive and prioritizes collaboration.

　　Has a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including security configuration or vulnerability management for corporate and/or government networks

　　Deep knowledge of security configuration/policy management tools and frameworks (Tenable, Qualys, CIS benchmarks, STIGs)

　　Skilled at managing and leading security teams, with a passion for coaching and development

　　Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written skills

　　Adept at communicating technical security findings across a broad spectrum of audiences, including executive leadership

　　Security assessment or consulting experience

　　Track record managing complex security configuration remediation events

　　Fundamental understanding of systems and network engineering

　　Experience programming in Java, Python, Bash, C/C++, etc.

　　Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies a plus
