The Role
In the role of Senior Manager, RM Market Readiness you will partner with key leadership teams across Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) including Segment Management, Segment Enablement, and the Sales/Relationship Management leadership team on critical initiatives that drive efficiency and bring scale to a client facing organization with 150+ associates! The Senior Manager will:
Support Segment Management in creating sales and relationship management strategiesPartner with Segment Enablement to create actionable plans that drive segment-specific strategies. Implement and champion those plans across the broader client facing organizationDevelop processes to more efficiently address programmatic requests from Sales and Relationship Management teamsCreate connectivity across IWMS and Fidelity Institutional (FI) to align support required to drive favorable business outcomesMaintain cross-segment programs that are critical for business operations
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
4+ years of relevant work experience in a sales, relationship management, or distribution function.Bachelor's Degree - RequiredSeries 7, 63 Licenses - Preferred/Required within 90 daysExecution-oriented background with demonstrated experience driving strategic initiatives into a large organizationAbility to prioritize both short-term and long-term requests from multiple stakeholders across Sales, Relationship Management, and Segment Management teamsExcellent project management skills to track progress, implement, and measure critical playsStrong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills; ability to balance strategy and execution in leading everyday workAbility to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peersDeep industry knowledge that will translate into insights that empower the Sales team to reach new prospects and support the Relationship Management team in deepening its engagement with existing clientsLearning attitude; positive approach to experimentation and failure
The Team
The Senior Manager, RM Market Readiness role is a critical member of the Market Readiness organization within IWMS. Market Readiness is responsible for planning and enabling the execution of initiatives that help our clients and prospects engage effectively with IWMS. Key partners include leadership across the Client Relationship Group, Marketing, Practice Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance among others.
