　　Job Description

　　Under limited supervision, manages one or more ES&H functions within an ES&H department or group within a subsidiary.

　　May manage the environmental safety and health function(s) on a large project.

　　Is fully competent in most aspects of the job.

　　Work is complex and requires independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.

　　Uses independent judgment and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

　　Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

　　Qualifications

　　15 years' experience in the field of HSE within the construction sector, with at least 5 years in a senior HSE level role working closely with leadership teams.

　　A track of successfully managing HSE matters on complex high-rise projects.

　　A BSc / MSc or equivalent health and safety qualification.

　　An IEMA, NEBOSH Environmental Diploma qualification or equivalent.

　　Ideally, hold an internal/external auditing qualification, ISO 45001, 14001, or 9001.

　　A chartered and active member of a professional body i.e. IOSH, IIRSM, or SocEnv.
