  The Role:

  We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for our Growth Product Marketing team . This crucial hire will be the initial member of the team focused on representing our product suite to our Advertising Agency partners and helping drive growth and adoption.

  This role will operate in close collaboration with our Agency Partnership Development team and the team of Product Marketing Managers bringing our advertising solutions to marke t, and will require developing a solid understanding of our current products and product roadmap. This role will then help build and execute programs that educate our Agency customers and increase adoption of our diverse product suite , across Search, Display Media, our DSP, Social, D OOH and In-Store experiential opportunities.

  The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will vary, and will include both creation and execution of educational programs, development of collateral and playbooks, hosting of webinars and in-person sessions, and conducting research to inform our product roadmap with the Agency audience in mind .

  The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sense of ads product strategy combined with experience in sales enablement. It's also critical to have experience working with Advertising Agencies and the revenue teams that support them.

  This position reports into the Growth Product Marketing Director and will be based in our Hoboken, NJ, office . This role will require attendance at in-person meetings at customer offices in New York.

  You'll make an impact by:

  Conducting and analyz ing primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of the needs of the various types of stakeholders at Advertising Agencies .

  Work ing closely with our Agency Partnership team and Marketing to tell our product story across collateral, events, scaled marketing and key meetings ( eg business reviews).

  Developing product growth and adoption programs to help ensure Walmart Connect customers working through agencies are using the right products and leverag ing best p ractices.

  Working with both Agency Partnerships, Training and Enablement and Product colleagues to create and execute education al programs aimed at the Agency audience.

  Partner ing with Product Marketing Managers focused on bringing new products to market . A ssisting with launches by ensuring that customer-facing collateral is relevant for Agency stakeholders .

  About you (Preferred Qualifications) :

  3-6 years years of experience in product marketing with 3+ years in digital advertising.

  Has experience with product go-to-market, inbound research and sales enablement.

  Deep knowledge and e xpertise in the digital advertising industry , ideally spanning multiple types of media (display, search, social , streaming, audio, etc. ) and main types of ads measurement strategies.

  Has a s olid understanding of the advertising industry and the agency landscape.

  Demonstrates a p roven ability to form relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams for consistent alignment and execution across product management, marketing, and sales teams .

  Thrives in a fast paced , continually evolving environment , and is comfortable helping define a new role and function . Enjoys problem solving.

  Has ex ceptional communication skills , both in writing and presentation . Enjoys crafting narratives and storytelling.

  Is a strategic thinker who is comfortable helping b uild long-term plans and also executes on near-term priorities and deliverables.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
