About Senior Manager, Product Implementation

Role Overview

Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager of Product Implementation to join our team. This new position within Supply Management will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain program implementation process for all new programs and program changes. The Senior Manager of Product Implementation will lead the process from end to end, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility throughout the process and implementations are completed on time.

This is a virtual position; candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

Support an integrated program change across supply chain and functional areas

Manage program transition from cross-functional teams, interfacing with segments, data management, distribution and culinary services

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to identify and prioritize program changes that will have a significant impact on the business

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to activation and post-implementation review

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations for corrective actions

Oversee the coordination of new product needs and specifications as identified by the segments

Manage data collections and analysis on program changes

What You Bring

Key qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5 years of Project or Program Management expertise with a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and oversee end-to-end lifecycles

Strong ability to engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring clear communication of project updates.

Experience using project management tools, as well as Microsoft Suite including Power BI reporting

Ability to support large-scale program changes, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate challenges.

Comfortable navigating complextransitionsand balancing multiple priorities

Qualifications Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
