Snowflake's Partner Programs organization is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement leader to build and lead a new, global Partner Enablement function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the global strategy for Partner Enablement and managing the execution of that strategy with resources in each major theater. Working to drive alignment cross-functionally with our Sales Enablement, Technical Learning Services, Partner Field, Partner Operations, Sales Engineering, and IT teams, you will work to ensure Snowflake partners gain access to the right content and training at the right time to accelerate their business on Snowflake. You will be responsible for the three core pillars of Partner Enablement including 1. Driving awareness for Snowflake and its offerings, 2. Accelerating Sales, positioning and objection handling expertise, and 3. Driving technical training and certifications in our partner ecosystem.
AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that enables partners to 1. Accelerate awareness for Snowflake and the Data Cloud, 2. Deliver the Snowflake value proposition and differentiation, and 3. Implement, and architect technical solutions on top of SnowflakeBuild, lead and mentor a high-performing partner enablement team that is focused on achieving key enablement metrics and milestonesDevelop and build consensus on a globally consistent multi-year Partner Enablement Strategy that accelerates Snowflake's business with and through partnersCollaborate with Learning Services, Enablement, Product, Sales Engineering and other content creation teams to build the right content needed for partners to ignite their Snowflake practicesEngage with partners to understand their needs, challenges and feedback to continually improve the partner enablement strategy and functionMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives through key performance metrics and dashboards with a focus on continuous improvementBuild cross-functional 'handshakes' with supporting functions on commitments necessary to enhance the partner enablement experience (e.g. learning management systems, badge management systems, access to tools, etc.)ABOUT YOU:Data driven, enthusiastic and passionate about partnering with internal cross functional teams and externally with partnersConfident in leading a global strategy and achieving support across various stakeholders and leadershipProven track record of scale partner enablement functions, possessing a broad understanding of sales, partner and alliance services, and business operations within the SaaS industryCombines strategic, analytical, and big-picture thinking to drive detailed and efficient executionHands-on leader that embraces team development personally and professionallyDrives cross-functional changes necessary to accelerate Snowflake's priorities with and through the Snowflake partner ecosystemWE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:10+ years of partner enablement experience in high growth SaaS companies5+ years of proven track record of managing a high-performing global partner enablement functionExceptional leadership and communication skillsExperience hiring and developing team members in a global capacityPartner / revenue / go-to-market operations experience in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment is highly preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence and get things done across functional domains.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment. Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency.Demonstrated experience in hiring, managing, developing, and retaining talent at all levels.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience; MBA preferred.The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $199,000 - $283,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
