And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to manage a team of software product marketers, primarily focused on Fiix CMMS by Rockwell Automation (Computerized Maintenance Management System). You will sit at the intersection of the marketing, sales, and product organizations.Your job is to help craft the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy and successfully bring new products to market to strengthen the Fiix CMMS market presence and drive overall financial performance. This includes everything from defining our target market, setting the positioning and value propositions, to running product launches, to making sure the sales team understands how to talk about the product and making sure customers understand how to use it.Position can be located in one of our primary locations (Toronto, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Detroit) but is also remote friendly.Responsibilities managed directly or by your team include the following:Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Fiix software solutions, including marketing plans, positioning, value statements, target customer definition, and core message development through market research and customer interaction.Responsible for identifying possible entry points into new market opportunities through verticals, geos, segments, or adjacent solutions.Work with marketing programs and campaign teams to define themes, tactics and audience for marketing programs.Define, drive and create/co-create engaging content to establish Fiix as a trusted advisor on manufacturing trends, best practices, and technology.Lead/Manage team that own New Product Introduction (NPI) and launch process that spans the commercial, revenue, and product organizations communicating features and capabilities.Define and drive success across Fiix CMMS/maintenance, asset risk predictor, analytics, user experience and mobility software capabilities.Position Fiix as a thought leader and leverage the community including users, press and industry analysts. Serve as product evangelist for Fiix, functioning as one of the leading spokespersons for the use of Fiix in the manufacturing industry, including user group meetings, tradeshows and conferences, and software industry conferences.Oversee the competitive and market intelligence function for Fiix and other operations management solutions.Participate in readiness/training activities to ensure sales is equipped to market, demo and sell in new industries.Develop sales tools, presentations and help with enablement to accelerate pipeline and improve close rates.Guide, coach and expand Product Marketing team as you create alignment and set priorities while developing the team to their full potentialSupport our analyst relations strategy to secure positive relations to appropriately position Fiix as an industry front runner.
