Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for an Inventory Clerk. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible to manage orders to facilitate sales or production and keep track of goods and services. Inventory Clerk responsibilities will include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand. This is the Inventory Clerk position for you if you are a detailed oriented inventory detail oriented with excellent math and communication skills!

　　Handling all inconsistencies in documents

　　Placing inventory orders for vendors and suppliers and then securing shipment arrival times

　　Performing data entry

　　Comparing costs from different vendors after obtaining estimates

　　Handling inventory by stocking and cataloging products

　　Working closely with the purchasing manager and inventory analyst

　　Ensure physical counts and computer records match, calling out any discrepancies

　　Counting and classifying items Requirements - 1+ years' experience in retail and/or inventory sector is preferred

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　High school diploma or equivalent requiredPossess broad knowledge of the range of company products and services

　　Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets

　　Must have strong mathematical and analytical abilities

　　Problem solving skills and high attention to detail
