　　The Senior Manager of Global Growth will lead incubation projects for the International Marketplace Development Team. In this role, you will act as an intrapreneur and take strategic business initiatives from zero to one. You'll own and launch new services and programs, sell your vision internally and externally, and work across product, business development, account management, sourcing, operations, finance, and other teams to make your vision a reality. This is an opportunity to define and build new initiatives, bring new assortment and sellers to Walmart Marketplace, and accelerate GMV growth around the globe.

　　We are looking for someone....

　　Who understands marketplace - ideally on the business development or account management side

　　Who understands eCommerce - and what it takes for brands and sellers to be successful online (content, search, advertising, tc)

　　Who can speak about the complexities related to cross-border trade - transitioning from a manufacturer to a seller can be scary and fulfillment will be a hot topic

　　Someone who is an Intrapreneur - ideally someone who has worked at a startup, in a previous incubation role, but can also get things done in a large organization

　　Positive, can-do attitude ; someone who can be strategic AND execute.

　　Implement: lead go-to-market for new product initiatives and operate with excellence
