　　The Supply Chain Information Technology team has an opening for a Sr. Manager, IT - Supply Chain Planning role. This role will focus on large complex global planning and enterprise transformation using SAP solutions. Must be knowledgeable in strategic and tactical Supply chain planning using SAP IBP / APO tools. The opportunity is for Nvidia's headquarters located in Santa Clara, California. Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience working collaboratively with business counterparts is a must.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Lead design and deliver robust implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements using SAP IBP Supply response, Demand Planning, APO SNP Optimization and CTM Techniques.

　　Lead Continuous Improvement / Problem Solving across the organization to drive to root-causes and systemic solutions for defects and optimization of Ways of Working.

　　Deliver value to the organization by leading analytics development to identify/support key projects focused on supply chain value creation, cost savings/productivity, and process optimization.

　　Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

　　Implement good practices and innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

　　Demonstrate strong leadership in the digital space by unlocking new approaches and solutions to various business challenges.

　　Influence senior leadership in business to adopt scalable solutions and systems/tools.

　　What we need to see:

　　BS or Master’s in operations management / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science disciplines or equivalent experience

　　12+ plus years of relevant work experience architecting, designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools which includes 7 + years of management experience.

　　Envision and architect scalable supply planning solution(s) to meet needs of growing business.· Data integration and automation expertise in SAAS planning tools is a plus.

　　Good hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply response, SAP APO SNP optimization, or CTM modeling for solving Supply Chain problems.

　　Good record of accomplishment using analysis to deliver business results.

　　Self-motivated and able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.

　　Self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction.

　　Ability to debug and support applications developed in SAP APO & IBP

　　The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
