　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　The Supply Chain Data & Analytics (SDA) team sits within the corporate Supply Chain function at PVH and is passionate about powering a world-class, data-driven Supply Chain by delivering exceptional data & analytics driving impactful business decisions and insights. The Supply Chain Data & Analytics team plays a key role in enabling critical strategic outcomes in our supply chain.

　　Working as a part of the SDA team based in India, the Senior Manager - Data Quality & Governance will be responsible to ensure that Supply Chain Data meets the required Quality standards enabling Supply Chain to make informed decisions while supporting the strategic priorities of PVH and PVH Supply Chain. This critical new role will be responsible for establishing a strong data quality practice within the PVH Supply Chain Data & Analytics space using industry best practices and processes to drive exceptional data health.

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

　　 Strategy :

　　Build a Data Quality Practice and Framework to drive high-quality data and culture - identifying the people, process and tools needed to be successful.Drive clean data practices, introducing industry best practices.Identify Data Governance stakeholders in the business and partner with them to drive data cleanliness through changes and improvements to process, tools and behaviors with a focus on exceptions as well as forward-thinking best practices for preserving data health.Provide management visibility into data quality by building / managing Data Quality dashboards & driving dashboard requirements.Define and drive improvements to Cleanliness metrics and trends.Work with development team and Product Owner to ensure Data Quality requirements are defined and prioritized in the analytics roadmap.Help to create multiyear vision and data quality improvement strategy for PVH Supply Chain. Collaboration :

　　Partner with Technology Teams (TPG) / Business Process / Other Business stakeholders to influence data flow processes with a view on Data quality and consistent data definition across business units and functions.Collaborate across brands and regions to standardize and simplify toolset, data hierarchy, methodologies, and reporting. Knowledge and Opportunity :

　　Stays informed and keeps up with the latest industry trends and best practices.Participates in data conferences, workshops, seminars, and so forth.Builds awareness of clean data practices and shares their expertise throughout the analytics team and Supply Chain orgINTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Science or similar quantitative field required, Master's degree a plus

　　Technical Skills (Must have)

　　Strong exposure to Data Quality processes/ tools and tracking relevant KPIs.Strong ability to think critically and analytically about data.Strong understanding of Supply Chains and related business processes.Strong expertise with MS Excel (Pivot tables, look-up formulas, handling large volumes of data).Strong expertise in using PowerPoint to present analysis findings and provide insights with crisp clarity.Strong expertise in leveraging Business Intelligence tools to visualize data (MicroStrategy / Tableau / PowerBI).Technical Skills (Good to have)

　　Prior experience / exposure to applying analytics in a Supply Chain environment.Prior experience / exposure to applying analytics in Fashion / Apparel.Other Skills
