Be part of the connection:
As a Senior Manager of Business Planning, you act as a liaison to the Decision Support Team and Field Operations Construction Capital Coordinators in support of approving Capital investments. You will manage daily investments request and communicate with regional capital coordinators approvals and follow up questions as needed. Support the Enterprise Business Planning team with ad-hoc analysis and during month end, forecasting and budget processes.
How you can make a difference:
Communicating effectively with capital coordinators to ensure guidance and requirements for each investment request type is followed.
Understand the complexity of IRR models and customer’s investments.
Leverage and connect data points from different systems to improve analyses.
Provide oversight of complex data management, including reviewing, analyzing, providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadership.
Update and create excel based financial models for capital investments.
Motivated to look at large sets of data, think dimensionally, and create effective databases.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
Experience: Seven or more years of finance/accounting/business planning experience; Three of more years of management
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Technical skills : Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (testing required) and Microsoft Power Point. Experience in SAP and Hyperion (Planning and Essbase).
Skills : Excellent Communication, professionalism, and attention to details.
Abilities : Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations; Ability to work and model a high sense of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of telecommunications industry
