The Mainframe Senior Engineer is responsible for maintaining customer environments and solving technical problems in an efficient manner. In addition to maintaining the existing Mainframe systems, you will help plan and migrate customer systems via tape save/restore or software replication, expand our existing customer's environments, ensure proper handling of system backups and react in a break/fix capacity to escalate technical issues that compromise system operability and functionality.
