　　ADP Labs located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, provides software development and infrastructure for world-wide ADP products, working with large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies, including Brazil, the United States, and India. As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for ADP DataCloud team.

　　RESPONSABILITIES:

　　Design and implement machine learning models system for various business problems;

　　Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

　　Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable machine learning pipelines using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn;

　　Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and statistical testing;

　　Collaborate with data scientists to develop innovative machine learning solutions that drive business value;

　　Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into our product architecture and ensure seamless deployment and maintenance;

　　Document and communicate technical design decisions and best practices to stakeholders across the organization;

　　Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI;

　　TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field;

　　3+ years of experience in Python programming language;

　　Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts;

　　Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn;

　　Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus;

　　Knowledge of SQL databases and data analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn is a plus;

　　Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

　　NICE TO HAVE:

　　Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field;

　　Experience with reinforcement learning, generative models, or transformers is a plus;

　　Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning is a plus;

　　Experience with DevOps tools and practices for building, testing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments;

　　Knowledge of software development best practices and experience developing scalable software.
