　　Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

　　The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating, planning, driving, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects to ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner and within the established budget.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Defining project objectives and scope, analyzing existing processes and procedures, and recommending solutions

　　Estimating timelines and resources needed for tasks and working with teams to establish completion timeframes and overall schedules

　　Communicate project status to the team and leadership.

　　Managing vendors providing resources and deliverables to the project

　　Evaluating performance of project team members and recommending personnel changes when necessary

　　Performing business analysis and reporting to highlight business/systems opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business performance

　　Researching, analyzing, and developing business processes to improve the business line, system, and personnel performance

　　What you will need:

　　Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years project management experience or equivalent related experience required

　　Project Management certification or training preferred

　　Broad knowledge of CCRC’s or healthcare environment preferred

　　Compensation: commensurate with experience, $65,000 - $95,000 annually.
