　　Overview:

　　In this role the Senior Lead Engineer (Electronic Systems, Advanced Structures) actively participate in NPI, redesign and sustenance activities of electronics used for Actuator applications.

　　Position: Senior Lead Engineer (P3)

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) approach based Embedded Control Systems design and development using Matlab/Simulink.

　　Experience in control design.

　　Experience in Time and Frequency domain analysis

　　Experience in Digital Signal Processing (IIR/FIR Filter Design, FFT Analysis, Data Analysis, Feature extraction

　　Interpret Customer requirements and defining the system level requirements at electronics box level.

　　Validating the System level requirements, Architecture and low-level requirements using simulation methods

　　Hands on with System Requirements review process and Review of next level flow down requirements for Top-down trace.

　　Familiarity with System requirement and management Tools (DOORs, Polarion/LiveDoc, Jira etc)

　　Experience with ARP4754A & 4761 Certification standards.

　　System level Verification and Integration testing.

　　Estimate effort and specify schedules for System Verification activities.

　　Working with multi-disciplinary teams such as project engineering, software engineering, electrical design, safety, and reliability

　　Strong problem solving and analytical capability.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　7 + years of Industry experience in electronics and control system design and development

　　BE/B-tech/M-Tech in Electrical /Electronic Engineering

　　Solid communication, writing skills and teaming skills are a must.
