　　Overview:

　　In this role the Senior Lead Engineer (Electronic Systems, Advanced Structures) actively participate in NPI, redesign and sustenance activities of electronics used for Actuator applications.

　　Position: Senior Lead Engineer (P3)

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Strong Experience in software development and Design/Verification methodologies for real-time embedded Application

　　Requirement Modelling, Simulation, Validation and Analysis using Matlab/Simulink.

　　Embedded C programming skills and well versed with MISRA or equivalent guidelines

　　Familiarity with requirement management Tools (DOORs, Polarion/LiveDoc, Jira etc)

　　Good experience in code generation (Target Link, Embedded Coder)

　　Hands on experience with standard communication protocols like CAN, SPI, Ethernet

　　Knowledge of the certification environment such as DO-330, DO-331, DO 178-B, FAA, EASA preferred.

　　Understanding the impact of the certification environment on development methods and software testing.

　　Broad exposure to a wide variety of application tools and understand the purpose to the software life cycle phases.

　　Working with multi-disciplinary teams such as project engineering, software engineering, electrical design, safety, and reliability

　　Strong problem solving and analytical capability.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　7+ years of Industry experience in electrical systems design and development

　　BE/B-tech/M-Tech in CS/Electrical Engineering

　　Solid communication, writing skills and teaming skills are a must.
