  As the Senior Kofax Developer, you will work within an Agile environment to develop and support Kofax platforms across the Computershare portfolio as well as lead complex technology initiatives including those that are with companywide impact. You will make decisions in developing best practices for engineering and technology solutions and work within cross-functional teams. You'll effectively participate in a development team to deliver using a Scrum or Kanban model and directly contribute to achieving the Corporate Trust business objectives.

  Other key responsibilities include:

   

  Manage the departments' Kofax ecosystem supporting multiple product groups within CCT and ensure resiliency and production performance of the platformInstallation and configuration of Kofax components including:Kofax Capture Network Server (KCNS) and remote site profiles for appropriate batch routing, assigned batch classes, and station licensesKofax Batch Classes established for CCT PortfolioKofax PCs and Scanner StationsRemote Synchronization Agent (RSA) and Recognition Server modulesScan, Recognition Server, and Validation modules (leveraging Kofax custom panels)Kofax Total Agility (KTA)Migration from KTM to KTASupport & ongoing development in all Kofax productsFileNet integration workCustom code development needed to address business needs with the Kofax platform and integration between upstream document management platforms (FileNet and NAS)Apply knowledge of standards, policies, best practice and organizational structure so that you can work both independently and collaboratively within your team and with key stakeholdersEnsure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team to ensure that your team delivers high-quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policiesSupport the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimize their impact on the team's delivery and/or supported productsIdentify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the businessWhat will you bring to the role?

  You enjoy finding root causes and take a rigorous approach to problem solving. As you'll be dealing with conflicting priorities, you are self-motivated and use your own initiative to work with limited guidance to implement innovative solutions. You can communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to share knowledge and ideas, provide updates, influence, challenge and take on feedback.

  You also bring:

   

  5+ years' experience planning, designing, implementing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, troubl shooting, and supporting high availability of Kofax Capture and Kofax Total Agility (KTA) environments in high volume business environments4+ years' experience with engineering and implementing Custom Applications development using Kofax custom panelsFormal Kofax Certification in total agility, capture, process intelligence, and transformationHands on and clear concepts for FileNet integration with KofaxExperience with Relational Databases like Oracle/SQL ServerExperience with SCM tools such as GIT, Jenkins, BitbucketExperience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologiesBonus points if you have:

   

  Strong experience in customizing Kofax modules and developing custom widgets with DOJO, HTML and JavaScriptExperience in the financial services industryAdvanced degree in Computer ScienceExperience in any of the following:Documentum and/or FileNet P8 administrationCloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google CloudWindows Administration and Shell scriptingDevOps setupTest Automation Frameworks like SeleniumRewards designed for you

  Compensation. The base pay range for this role varies from state to state. The following ranges may not apply to other locations.

  Colorado: $97,423 - $146,135 per year USD

  New York and Jersey City, New Jersey: $111,935 - $167,903 per year USD

  California and Washington State: $104,263 - $156,395 per year USD
