Role Description Support the SoftwareOne global enterprise users’ IT environment including Operating systems, BYOD, VDI and organizational applications and platforms. Deploy, operate, secure and automate the different services and components within the enterprise user’s arena. Closely collaborates with other team members and Product Owner. Key Responsibilities Together with the teammates you are the interface to our end-users, you understand the demands (internal or external) and translate that into solutions and services that we provide Support the SoftwareOne Internal users and contribute to user related projects as needed. A subject matter expert in technologies related to computer management and administration including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, BeyondTrust Privilege Access Management, Windows 365, Print Services Problem-solving skill for complex issue and reuses existing knowledge to accelerate solutions delivery and improving processes Display technical and logical thought process and contributes to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project) and train other engineer Automate common processes into self-service portal or similar Identify and automating the security and compliance processes such as Software Management / Distribution / Patch management/ client hardware lifecycle processes. Implement security related platform on endpoints including BYOD, desktops, laptops, MACs, smartphones, tablet etc. Work with different vendors around the client workplace area.
