The Tax Global Mobility Services Associate is responsible for thedelivery of a full range of expatriate services:
Prepare or review US individual income tax returns and taxequalization calculations for inbound and outbound internationalassignees.Participate in arrival and departure tax meetings forexpatriates and in-patriates.Preparation of Canadian and U.S. payroll estimates includinghypothetical tax and shadow payrollCommunication with corporate clients and their assignees.Assist with identification and conducting various consultingproject including, but not limited to, compensation, internalclient policies and other ad hoc activities.Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends,developments and technical authorities and apply them to complexsituations.Learn and grow from direct and on the job coaching and mentoringalong with participating in firm wide learning and developmentprograms.
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strongrelationships internally and externally with clients.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
An undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field requiredActively pursuing a CPA, EA or JD/LLMKnowledge of individual income tax issues and tax law includingforeign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, andthe tax equalization process.Ability to work with multiple engagements and competing prioritiesin a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based teamenvironment.Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software andtechnology.Strong verbal and written communication skill.Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship, highlypreferredAdditional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensationrange for this role is \$61,070 to \$105,480. Actual compensation isinfluenced by a variety of factors
