Description

　　The Defense Group at Leidos is looking for Senior ISR Training Specialists for upcoming openings at Offutt AFB, NE. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI with polygraph in order to be considered.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Support delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.Create course content, materials, and curriculum, specifically focused on the overall ISR mission.Support virtual, on-line and ancillary training program delivery via knowledge portals & web-based instructional systems.Deliver pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing following training events.Mentor junior analysts and provide specific feedback one-on-one in the learning environment.Provide support to analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals using classroom and online/virtual training platforms. Troubleshoot problems with technology and tools, when needed.Recommend course updates and make enhancements, as required.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience. (4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)TS/SCI security clearance and poly required on day 1Previous experience with Initial or Mission Qualification Training (IQT/MQT) programs or Continuation Training (CT), to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD) techniques and implementation, Status of Training (SOT) reporting, documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports.

　　Preferred Experience:

　　Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.Previous experience supporting [Advising for Senior and Leading for SME] USAF or other military training or standards/evaluations programs.Experience with course content creation and delivery.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
