　　Your New Role...

　　WBD Internal Audit's vision is to accelerate innovation, efficiency and effectiveness when providing assurance, advisory services, and risk anticipation.

　　As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for performing of auditing/ testing the areas of WBD activities in order to provide an objective assessment of the designed and implemented controls and the risks resulting from weaknesses in a given area.

　　The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　Support execution of the internal audit program, assigned audits and advisory projects.Conduct engagements with a focus on analysis and assessment of the control environmentUse analytics, robotics, and other tools to deliver accurate, efficient, and valuable insights to managementDevelop an ongoing "trusted advisor" relationship with audit clients and Internal Audit business unit colleagues to ensure timely, consistent, and objective controls adviceUnderstand business changes, adapt the audit execution accordingly and provide insights to the business through more agile audit approachesHave a goal of 6-8 audits / year - delivering timely insightsIdentify and maintain leading edge knowledge and audit techniques to improve the audit process

　　Experience and Qualifications...

　　4+ years of experience in auditing, assurance, accounting, consulting or related fieldAbility to leverage complex stakeholder relationships to obtain consensus and drive successful completion of projects with understanding that success is based on influence rather than direct authorityExperience effectively managing competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities which could change at any time.Experience assessing the design and implementation of internal controls and their continuous improvement.Experience in customer facing, translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

　　Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

　　Bachelor's degree in auditing, accounting, IT or related experience.Professional audit certifications preferred (CIA, CISA etc.).

　　Knowledge/Skills

　　Fluent EnglishSelf-starter who can work independentlyA service-oriented mindset with outstanding interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of business processes, critical thinker able to deal with complex, ambiguous processes, data structures and architectures and able to develop key insights for not only assurance capabilities (driving efficiency and significantly driving initiatives to facilitate broader insights)Good written communication and presentation skillsProblem solving and data analytical skillsUnderstanding of regulations SOX Compliance preferredSelf-confidence, influencing skills preferredMust maintain a continuous improvement mindset and focus on automation opportunities to drive efficiencies and reduce costsMust have the ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
