Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior InfrastructureEngineer supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Defensive CyberOperations (DCO) programs in the United States Space Force. This positionwill support the program office as it requires advanced persistent cyberdefenses against nation state threats to operations. Given the stove-pipednature of the space enterprise, the Cyber Operations approach shall bemultipronged. The long-term strategy involves a common ground architectureproviding centralized management and control of satellite operations throughEnterprise Ground Services (EGS), resulting in a truly integrated spaceenterprise. Collaboration and cooperation across space acquisition, spaceand cyberspace operations, and commanders at all levels is required to applya risk-based approach (both mission and system risk) to establishenterprise-wide situational awareness in the cyberspace domain.This is a full-time opportunity located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:Support the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, andmaintenance of agency wide-area networks (WANs) and local-area networks(LANs).Assist in designing and managing the WAN infrastructure and any processesrelated to the WAN.Provide Production Support of the Network, including: day-to-dayoperations, monitoring and problem resolution client Networks.Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution ofproblems.Support the dispatch of circuit and hardware vendors involved in theresolution process.Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management andinternal customers.A working knowledge is desirable in various software systems andarchitectures, communications protocols: and network hardware devices.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Active SecretCertifications:CCNA, Security+, CCDEEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a relatedSTEM field.Years' experience: 4+ years
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Education: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or arelated STEM field.Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret / SCIExperience with a working/operating in a SCIF environmentExperience with the following programs:Manticore out-of-band defensive cyber for "Identify and Detect" capabilitiesKraken in-band defensive cyber for "Protect/Respond" capabilitiesAdditional Information:Duty location is on a Contractor facilityOccasional travel within the CONUS#LI-KM1
