This position provides lead functional systems support and software administration for the MMB Enterprise Employee Resources (EER) Division and its agency customers across the State of Minnesota enterprise. Examples of these systems include Labor Relations/Case Management, Enterprise Survey, Reference Checking and Online Interview. The position will lead ad-hoc data-related projects; provide MMB EER Division Survey administration; support the Human Resources Business Systems (HRBS) Team staff that support SEMA4 HR and Recruiting Solutions; provide backup support for the State of Minnesota Careers Job Line; and provide EPM Data Warehouse reporting and dashboard support to MMB internal and external agency customers.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience with database applications and/or human resource information systemsOR
Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in database applications and/or human resource information systems and at least 3 years of experience with database applications and/or human resource information systemsAND
Project management skills sufficient to scope length and difficulty of projects, set goals, measure progress, and meet deadlines
Ability to provide instruction, clarification and feedback on technical tasks
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage details and multi-task with competing priorities
Strong communication and writing skills sufficient to consult with clients, explain technical topics to various levels of clientele and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Ability to work with diverse clientele
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the State of Minnesota human resource information systems (HRIS), including applicant tracking (Recruiting Solutions) and personnel data (SEMA4-HR/EPM Data Warehouse)
Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft
