　　The Senior Healthcare Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of key strategic clients, building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in account management.  

　　Responsibilities: 

　　S erve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic client accounts.

　　Provide strategic guidance and solutions to drive client success and satisfaction.

　　Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.

　　Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to drive client retention and business growth.

　　Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

　　Forecast and track key account metrics – reporting revenue trends, and client performance.

　　Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.

　　Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

　　Create well organized, accurate, and concise material/work documentation for organizational use.

　　Provide ongoing training, networking and professional development.

　　Other duties, as assigned. 

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

　　Minimum of 5 years of account management experience is required.

　　Healthcare experience is preferred.

　　Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

　　Ability to run and interpret a variety of reports and provide strategic solutions.

　　Flexible and adaptable with regard to learning and understanding new technologies. 

　　High energy with strong initiative, accountability, self-directed and organized.

　　Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.

　　Detail oriented with professional demeanor.

　　Ability to deal with stressful situations.

　　Use, protect and disclose patients’ PHI and e-PHI only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

　　Posess exceptional analytical skills to utilize in a medical billing environment.
