Summary
As a Grant Controls professional within PGE's dynamic enterprise environment, your role will be pivotal in steering the successful management and oversight of the company's diverse grant portfolio. In this position, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the intricate web of tasks and deadlines that are integral to our grant processes, ensuring that each project aligns seamlessly with the detailed directives of the Statement of Project Objectives (SOPO). Your expertise in this field will not only facilitate effective internal coordination and supporting PGE’s grant execution team but will also extend to maintaining the intricate interplay/timeline of external stakeholder requirements, including those from partners, subrecipients, and governmental bodies. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to handle the complex, multifaceted nature of grant administration.
In addition to these core functions, your role encompasses a broad spectrum of administrative responsibilities, all of which are crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our enterprise-level grant activities. From overseeing the creation of purchase orders and handling intricate invoicing processes to scheduling key meetings and managing detailed financial forecasts, your contributions will be integral to the financial and operational pillars of our grant management system e.g. maintaining the departments SharePoint site and reporting of key performance metrics. Your ability to maintain a structured, organized repository for all grant-related information will ensure that our teams can access and utilize vital data efficiently. As the initial point of contact for individual grant schedule management, you will set the standard for meticulous project oversight, laying a strong foundation for future dedicated scheduling roles. Your position, balancing both the strategic and operational aspects of grant control, is key to driving PGE's mission forward in the realm of grant management and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Schedule Management:
Track and coordinate multiple grants, ensuring alignment with the SOPO.
Manage individual grant schedules, updating as necessary.
Tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate review and input from various parties, including external stakeholders like partners and governmental bodies.
Address and incorporate external requirements into grant management processes.
Administrative Duties:
Perform tasks such as P.O. creation, invoicing, and meeting scheduling.
Oversee enterprise-level administrative support functions.
Financial Management:
Manage enterprise-level project forecasts, invoices, accruals, and payments.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Reporting and Repository Maintenance:
Maintain a comprehensive repository for all PGE grants, ensuring organized access and management.Qualifications
Education/Experience/Certifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, engineering, construction management or other related field or equivalent experience. Typically, five or more years working in a technical field in a regulated utility company or large complex engineering and construction programs or a related field.

Compensation Range:
$85,500.00 - $142,500.00
