　　Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is actively seeking a talented Full Stack Developer who will be part of a team that is recognized for providing technically superior solutions to complex and challenging problems.

　　As a valued member of our team, the Senior Full Stack Software Developer will:

　　Lead the design and development of web applications that help our customers solve challenging, real-world problems.

　　Design, develop, and test software from concept to deployment and operations, collaborating with other software engineers.

　　Collaborate horizontally and vertically across multiple teams to create solutions that empower the customer to mission success.

　　Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership on technologies, implementations, and strategies for modern, web-hosted software applications.

　　Senior Full Stack Software Developer Requirements:

　　U.S. Citizenship required.

　　Eligibility to apply for and hold a US security clearance (selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements at the time of employment).

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field with 8-10 years relevant work experience OR MS with 6-8 years of relevant work experience.

　　Minimal travel to support customer and client meetings.

　　Expertise with at least one modern Python-based web application framework (preferably Django) and comfortable implementing both quick-turnaround proof-of-concept solutions and high quality, production-level solutions in that framework.

　　Experience with secure, distributed software systems.

　　Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.

　　Ability to communicate highly technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

　　Senior Full Stack Software Developer Preferences:

　　Active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.

　　Master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.

　　DoD 8570 IAT II Status (e.g., Security+, CSSP, etc.)

　　Experience with Angular, Django, Kubernetes.

　　Experience working in secure/air-gapped environments.

　　Experience working in cloud and/or hybrid cloud environments.

　　Familiarity with software design patterns.

　　Experience working in an Agile development environment.
