Senior Flutter Developer

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Participating in architectural discussions for new applications 

　　Contributing to the Flutter development team to deliver high-quality applications. 

　　Writing code using best practices, considering security and performance 

　　Participating in sprint planning and task estimation, taking part in crafting stories/requirements 

　　Collaborating closely with the teams of UX/UI designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers 

　　Communicating with main stakeholders and customers  

　　Participating in the estimation process 

　　Requirements as Flutter developer: 

　　A demonstrable track record as a Flutter Developer with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse and complex Flutter applications.

　　Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Bloc architecture for effective state management in Flutter applications.

　　In-depth understanding and practical application of platform channels to seamlessly integrate native functionalities into Flutter applications.

　　Substantial experience in contributing to the development of modularized Flutter applications, particularly with the use of micro-app architecture, involving the creation and maintenance of modules stored in separate repositories.

　　Proficiency in creating visually engaging and smooth animations that enhance the overall user experience of Flutter applications.

　　Proven ability to implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing, ensuring the reliability and stability of Flutter applications.

　　Strong understanding and practical application of theming in Flutter to ensure a consistent and visually appealing design across the entire application.

　　Familiarity and practical experience with Dart's asynchrony features and multithreading to optimize application performance and responsiveness.

　　Proven experience in setting up and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for Flutter applications, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions in the context of Flutter development.

　　Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and overall excellence in the development process.

　　Requirements as a native developer: 

　　5+ years of experience in iOS or Android Development and 8+ years of total experience

　　Strong knowledge of Swift or Kotlin 

　　Experience with threading, and performance tuning. 

　　Experience with code signing and publishing iOS applications. 

　　Experience with publishing Android/iOS applications. 

　　Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting mobile applications to back-end services. 

　　Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle 

　　Upper-intermediate English language proficiency or higher 

　　Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology. 

　　It will be a plus:

　　Graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems 

　　Portfolio with released applications 

　　Samples of source code on Flutter
