　　NTA, Inc.is seeking a senior skilled and experienced Firmware Engineer to support research, development, and engineering activities at Redstone Arsenal. Duties will include the design, development, and testing of FPGA firmware. The firmware designs will support the development, integration, and testing of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for U.S. Army weapon systems. This position supports the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) in the areas of missile and aviation system research and development.

　　Education and Experience:

　　Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering10 + years of experience in a relevant fieldRequired:

　　Experience with VHDLExperience with Xilinx FPGAs, SoCs, and development toolsIndependent and self-motivated, problem solver, strategic thinkerHigh level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office SuiteDesired:

　　Experience with formal Firmware development processes and data productsExperience with real-time systems and softwareExperience managing a small team of developersExperience with version control software and issue tracking (specifically git and GitLab)Applicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation.
