Newly created role supporting the Director of Finance for a fast-growing company with exposure across all business lines. The Senior Financial Business Partner will be involved in operational finance support, financial planning activities, month-end close, M&A and various financial analysis projects Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or related field Experience: 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or related experience Healthcare experience strongly preferred Knowledge / Skills: Financial analysis Ad Hoc report building Complex financial modeling Month-end executive and business level reporting Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills Understanding of business drivers and KPIs Working knowledge of GAAP preferred, but not required NetSuite/Hyperion ERP knowledge preferred, but not required Key Competencies: Highly analytical Problem solving Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Client focus: both internal and external Confidentiality Personal resiliency: emotional/intellectual flexibility, calm, focused and able to maintain objectivity Communication: verbal and written Productivity: prioritization, planning and organizing It has been and will continue to be our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, arrest record, conviction record, military service, use or nonuse of lawful products off the Employer's premises during nonworking hours, or declining to attend a meeting or to participate in any communication about religious matters or political matters, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. #LSCORP
