Job Description

　　Senior Financial Analyst ? Investments and Data Analytics reports to the Manager of Investments and will help the Healthcare Investments Team in evaluating profitability of new business and retention efforts through financial modeling and contract structure analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key player to the Healthcare segment?s largest deals and provide thought leadership throughout proposal creation and negotiation. This is a dynamic role and sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales and Operations. This role will also support data analytics benchmarking needs for New Sales and Retention opportunities.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Prepare IRR, returns, and costing analysis for business deals utilizing best practice and benchmark assumptions.

　　Identify and optimize deal levers to increase chances of proposal success.

　　Be the steward of financial P&L during contract negotiations, including participating in deal calls, contract review and deal approval validation.

　　Foster strong relationships with Sales and Operations and be the ?go-to? for the team from a working model perspective.

　　Assist in deal memo preparation with financial and operational analysis.

　　Work closely with Legal Team to ensure deal parameters are consistent with contractual agreement.

　　Lead creation of Client Facing Submittal Documents for both RFP and Non-RFP pursuits.

　　Support Proactive and Ad Hoc Data Analytics processes: system wide benchmarks, site specific benchmarking for food, labor, and direct costs, as well as ad hoc reporting from the Vizient ODB and Definitive Healthcare systems.

　　Qualifications

　　Must have a BS / BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

　　3-5 years of progressively responsible analytical financial experience required.

　　Ability to understand, create and prepare complex and comprehensive financial models, including attention to detail.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, and results-driven motivation to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.

　　Ability to make recommendations through critical thinking.

　　Ability to influence decision-making through data and modeling.

　　Ability to create good relationships with sales and operations support teams.

　　Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex issues and present in a variety of settings across all levels of the organization, including senior management.

　　Ability to handle multiple priorities from many levels of management.

　　Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and be a problem-solver.
