　　This is a remote position.

　　Position Overview:  

　　The Senior Financial Analyst will foster relationships and analyze data to improve BGB's operations. This role will build relationships with business leaders, create financial models, analyze KPIs, support the annual budgeting process, and conduct analysis on potential acquisition targets. The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the FP&A team.

　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Partner with business leaders to help them understand their financial performance, analyze their KPIs, and provide support for operational decisions

　　Support the annual budgeting process by partnering with business leaders, owning the company's financial model, and preparing presentations

　　Create financial models to understand, interpret, and improve the company's performance

　　Support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets

　　Make recommendations on system and process improvements

　　This position will report to the Vice President of FP&A and will have significant exposure across the company

　　Qualifications:

　　3-5 years of experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, or FP&A role

　　Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

　　High level of initiative

　　Solid work ethic

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Excellent communication

　　Strong understanding of GAAP

　　Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

　　Salary range : $100,000 - $140,000

　　The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
