　　Position Summary:

　　The Senior Financial Analyst will provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team, provide ongoing business modeling and analysis, along with business performance measurement. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with superior communication skills and experience understanding business drivers. In addition, the Senior Analyst must be able to work independently, as well as within a group environment, to generate and present project conclusions to corporate business partners and executive leadership.

　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Assist with the monthly balance sheet and cash flow forecasting process, including analysis of actual versus forecast performance and working with accounting to understand drivers. Receive and maintain all necessary financial data, validate data submissions, and understand key performance metrics that drive the business and the reasons for any changes from prior submissions. Ensure data integrity is maintained within existing financial systems and models. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, executive management, and other internal clients, including Treasury, Tax, and SEC departments. Work with Investor Relations and SEC External Reporting departments to provide financial analysis and supporting schedules for the quarterly earnings process and the company's external financial guidance. Assist in developing the company s annual operating plan, including coordination with business unit financial teams, evaluation of goals, and measuring the company's results versus the stated targets. Prepare and distribute complex financial reports and models, both regularly scheduled and ad hoc business requests. Research and implement better uses of available financial data.

　　Education/Certification:

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field required. MBA and/or CPA preferred.

　　Experience:

　　5+ years of experience in an analytical role required, preferably in a matrixed corporate setting. Knowledge and proficiency with Essbase and Hyperion Enterprise strongly desired. Proven success providing proactive and solution-oriented approach towards business issues and participation in the identification of continuous improvements. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Ability to build effective relationships across business functions at all management levels Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
