　　MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Serve as Financial Lead on the VELYS, Digital & Power Tools SC Platform Leadership team

　　Establish VELYS, Digital & Power tools SC platform level financial reporting and analysis tools to understand SC performance and opportunities.

　　Identify opportunities through SC financial analysis to drive GP improvements

　　Collaborate with commercial finance to drive efficiencies in understand sales performance for Capital, Consumables, and Pull through across DPS platforms related to VELYS, Digital & Power Tools

　　Collaborate with other functions on scenario planning and forecast projection on projects impacting the VELYS, Digital & Power Tools SC Platform

　　Support financial analyses to help scale the VELYS, Digital & Power tools SC organization profitably and in line with LRFP growth

　　Provide direction and support to PBG Plant Controller and existing team

　　Drive a culture of continuous improvement within DPS Supply Chain Finance

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum 8 years business experience including Finance, Budgeting, Manufacturing, Project Management is required

　　Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA preferred

　　Ability to work in cross-functional teams in the following areas: Supply Chain, Commercial, Product Management and financial analysis & reporting is required

　　Management Practices, Ability to influence others in a complex organization, Ability to manage diverse cultural environments, Enterprise attitude, Familiarity with Credo values, develops talent and organizational culture highly preferred

　　This position can be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Bridgewater, NJ or within NA, and may require up to 25% travel.

　　The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500 USD.

　　The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
