Johnson & Johnson Innovation, LLC is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, JJI-JLABS. This role has preferred locations in either Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ, Titusville, NJ; Cambridge, MA; and Irvine, CA. This position will support the Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS teams and drive connectivity to R&D strategic priorities and deliver maximum value to the broader Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:
This dynamic and fast paced role will provide strategic business partner support and lead financial support with a focus on revenue & budget management, financial reporting & forecasting, business partner operations support, compliance, and support for strategic projects. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with business partners and be actively engaged as a thought leader to the JLABS leadership team and other functional expert teams (including Finance, Legal, HCC, Tax) in the execution of various business strategies.
Candidate should have familiarity with accounting policies, be intellectually curious, able to think strategically, comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven track record of effective business partnering and communication as well as time management skills.
Additional responsibilities may include but not be limited to, the following:
Drive revenue & budget management, Business Plan, long range forecast updates and financial reporting.
Ensure that appropriate processes are in place to report financials timely and accurately, driving efficiency and standardization.
Focus on data, analytics, and identifying insights of key business drivers and decision points within the business.
Maintain strong partnership with business partners to drive value and achieve business and financial targets, understanding key levers and managing risks and opportunities.
Support new business models and improvements in execution to deliver operational efficiencies.
Demonstrate learning across J&J Operating Companies and Enterprise teams.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance or business-related degree is preferred. MBA is preferred.
CPA, CMA, or other certifications are preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of accounting, finance experience is required.
Candidate must possess excellent communication and time management skills, required.
Strong technical finance and accounting skills and business acuity is required.
Strong presentation, business framing, critical thinking and communication skills are required.
Must possess strong collaboration and influencing skills with both internal and external partners, required.
Candidate must be self-motivated with ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments is required.
This role has preferred locations in either Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ, Titusville, NJ; Cambridge, MA; and Irvine, CA and may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
