Support all DHE Group commercial teams to provide complex advice in relation to the post holder’s area of legal expertise, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, litigation, leisure & entertainment, development and IP. The post holder may be asked to provide advice in relation to labor law issues and real estate (both sales and leasing) and or transactional matters from time to time.
Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - End User Support at Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Functional
Assist in managing the edge infrastructure and workplace services including end user technologies, workplace services and ‘edge’ .
Assist in collaborating with the relevant partners in the group to execute strategy and roadmap that supports several change initiatives and service transformation towards delivery of end-to-end business IT services, cloud migration and enabling digital customer and employee experiences through managing and operating a group wide scalable, efficient, secure and digital IT edge infrastructure.
Assist in process related to transformation and delivery of technology edge infrastructure services and field support services in competencies such as workplace, compute, and infrastructure on the edge (hosting, networks, mainframe, communications and end user technologies).
Ensures that the group is driving automation and lean processes into the delivery of technology services
Combines business, service and technology architecture capabilities to optimize service performance, scalability and resilience.
Ensures reliability and stability of services by establishing, implementing, automating processes which maintain uptime, introduce new services quickly and with minimal interruptions, and recover services rapidly while minimizing negative customer impact if and when they go down.
Proactively measures and monitors systems to prevent technology downtimes and liaise with business verticals to solicit feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Initiates service improvement plans and strategies to improve reliability, add value and decrease costs.
Assist in implementing group wide Cloud adoption strategy.
Assist in developing a communications framework and approach to ensure all aspects of technology service portfolio performance is being communicated and socialized within all stakeholder communities.
Evangelizes a culture of service for all IT infrastructure and workplace services.
Maintains expert knowledge of the Digital and IT marketplace, existing and emerging technology trends, current initiatives and competitive offerings.
Develops and enables process improvements champion standards and operational health.
Financial
Assist in preparing and presenting inputs related to organizational/ departmental/ project budgets to the next reporting line.
Assist in managing and controling the actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to the department/ divisional/ project’s financial performance.
Processes
Assist in implementing policies, procedures and processes for the respective function/department and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the ‘continuous process improvement’.
Assist in implementing policies of relevant electronic systems to bring efficiency and effectiveness existing processes.
Follow set objectives/ KPIs/ milestones for the respective department/ function and conduct appraisals for direct reportees on Electronic Performance Management System.
Learning & Development
Ensures that the self and team members are provided learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external trainings whenever required in consultation with HR Department.
Ensures that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated and retained.

About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Undergraduate/Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Computing, Engineering or Mathematics
4+years’ experience working in technology related environments
