  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  Manage QA systems by taking a zero-harm risk management approach throughout the site.

  Assist with a zero-tolerance environment, and health and safety culture with a focus on the Site’s 10 Key Risks.

  Assist in developing, implementing and sustaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating other functional areas into a streamlined and functional system.

  Provides training when required and maintains documentation required to meet Quality standards.

  Contribute towards developing and sustaining an outstanding quality culture, by instilling quality control habits, inspections, and education to ensure minimal quality defects.

  Complete Quality Control inspections, including measuring technical data, inspecting castings for defects, ensuring calibration of measurement tools and regular audits. Perform and lead internal audit program

  Assist with handling the IMS NCR and Warranty Process, including collating of data and troubleshooting potential quality defects through the Customer and Supply Chain system.

  Assist the Emerson Health and Safety Manager to ensure integrity of documentation, training, and information that is encompassed in the IMS and communicated to the appropriate departments.

  Prepare and issue product certification packages in accordance with QA procedures and customer order requirements. Maintenance of certification records to ensure compliance with QA procedures and applicable national and international standards.

  Handle customer complaints - investigate, analyze, identify, and implement root cause and corrective action (RCCA)

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  Tertiary Qualifications in Manufacturing, Quality, Systems and Processes or equivalent.

  At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles

  Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and their requirements
