Your role at BaxterThis is where your expertise helps people As a member of the BaxterResearch & Development team, you will assist in the world classdevelopment of new medical products. Sounds like fun, right? Come joinus! What you\'ll be doing: Develop and execute verification testmethods, protocols, and reports for verification for requirement. Drivequality into product development through analysis, test and timelyfeedback of test results to the cross functional team. Design test casesto include test methodology, test setups, materials, equipment,procedure, and acceptance criteria based on requirement and standards.Own and drive failure mode analysis and root cause investigations anddevelop solutions. Document, manage and maintain test records consistentwith formal test processes and Quality Management System policies andprocedures. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and designreviews. Create and validate test systems needed for designverification. Review and analyze requirements as part of testdevelopment.
