　　We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team! The Senior Electrical Project Engineer delivers customer quality and reliability through the pursuit of continuous improvement and collaboration.

　　The Senior Project Engineer is focused on elevating field reliability and performance of programs. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Windsor Locks, CT site location.

　　Eligible for relocation

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Extracting the learnings from product returns and instituting changes to minimize future returns is key to our success.

　　Identify and implement corrective action to improve field reliability.

　　Coordinate the F135 FADEC electronics IPD team in performing field failure investigations.

　　Generate and submit appropriate documentation to dispute product removals as appropriate.

　　Motivate team to develop robust investigation plans and coordinate root cause investigation activities.

　　Facilitate meetings to drive investigation action plans.

　　Report status to upper management and Customers

　　Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other technical focus

　　Aerospace experience

　　SAP experience

　　Experience navigating competing priorities, delivering the highest level of engagement, and delivering successful outcomes in critical situations.

　　Experience leading projects and teams within a highly matrixed organization

　　The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
