　　The Senior E-Commerce Analyst is responsible for overseeing and conducting the conversion of data into insights that drive productivity and profitability. The Senior E-Commerce Analyst will work closely with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams for Batteries Plus, as well as external analytics solution development partners. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing KPI's and measuring performance in order to evaluate the success of the business's initiatives.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Analysis and reporting: Provide business performance, behavioral analytics and voice of customer information by interpreting complex data across multiple departments

　　Provide insights on ecommerce performance, site behavior, conversion rate optimization, and recommendations to improve the customer journey on our sites

　　Develop automated dashboards that provide self-service reporting to stakeholders

　　Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce leaders to identify opportunities for site optimization, including merchandising, promotional, and content performance; and the evaluation of web/mobile app enhancements

　　Influence project prioritization and decision making on ecommerce initiatives by sharing the appropriate analytics

　　Develop and implement KPIs for department and key initiatives

　　Standardization of departmental KPIs: Conduct business cases, post analysis, A/B testing, and overall ecommerce performance using E-commerce applications

　　Responsible for ecommerce performance: Perform analysis against ecommerce data sets to find patterns, trends, and relationships using available tools

　　Evaluate the customer journey against desired business outcome and contribute to marketing experimentation design discussions

　　Daily performance monitoring for the e-commerce site to evaluate performance, find patterns, trends and relationships using analytic tools

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related field

　　4 or more years of relevant digital or ecommerce experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Working knowledge and experience using analytics tools - Google Analytics (GA360 & GA4), GTM, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Big Query, Looker, Tableau

　　Cultivate data culture within and beyond the Ecommerce team

　　Effective style of presenting solutions to leadership and staff at varying levels across the organization

　　Comfortable proposing new ideas to drive conversion and enhance consumer experience

　　Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently with general oversight, plan and establish priorities to meet deadlines with good control and results. Able to develop and follow-up on plans and meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
