Job Location: Hershey, PA This role is a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in Hershey, PA. * Senior Director Talent & Performance The Senior Director Talent & Performance will partner closely with the CHRO, HRLT, as well as other cross-functional senior leadership. The role will develop and execute an integrated and best in class Talent management system inclusive of Leader Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Assessments, and Succession Planning. The Senior Director Talent & Performance will lead a dedicated team of product owners and agile resources who will lead scaling and implementation of COE solutions. * What the role must deliver:* 1. Talent ecosystem inclusive of the talent management life cycle that is integrated with Hershey’s HR strategic plan and aligned to LSP Strategy, specifically How We Work. 2. Talent strategies that support short- and long-term enterprise workforce plan execution in the development of critical skills and leadership pipelines. 3. Pragmatic design, creation, and excellence in implementation in partnership with business leaders. 4. Critical role succession plans and assessment of potential and readiness to inform talent moves. 5. Talent product standards and playbooks for elements of HR system including Performance Management, Organization Development and Leadership Development 6. Talent inputs to create outcome of Hershey’s Employee Value Proposition that attracts, motivates, retains the top talent aligned to the most critical capabilities & roles. 7. Achievement and sustainment of HR talent metrics that maximize the return of human capital & build the required skills for the future workforce. 8. Engaged and high-performing Talent Center of Excellence team and member of the HR Leadership Team. * Critical skills: * 1. Ability to continuously research trends to inform our strategic priorities including needed skills and capabilities. 2. Ability to develop and implement Talent strategies that align with workforce planning mission and long-term objectives. 3. Ability to serve as strategic advisor regarding talent selection, talent assessment, insights and diagnosis of team and individual effectiveness to maximize performance across critical roles and top teams. 4. Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide the HR team and the broader organization. 5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders effectively. 6. Ability to manage complex and integrated programs and projects through our Operational Excellence standards from strategy to design, implementation and tracking, and continuous improvement. * Attributes:* 1. Advising Executive and Senior leadership and influencing their thinking through enterprise leadership experiences, with a preference in HR and human capital strategy. 3. Leveraging data for storytelling and informed decision making at the Board and Executive levels 4. Change Management and Program Leadership across complex business and human capital initiatives with proven return on investments, results required. * Education:* 1. Undergraduate from top school 2.
