Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing
As a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.
You will be supporting a large business and develop and execute procurement Annual Operating Plans and Strategic Plans. You will have global responsibility of $550M of Electronics and Mechanical finished goods categories for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost via High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will develop and oversee the Supplier Performance system to support your business group, ensure supply continuity and reduce working capital. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
You will report directly to our VP & CPO of Building Automation business group and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base, achieve lowest total cost, and reduce sole/single source risk. Additionally, you will drive improvements in sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems.

YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms
International experience with exposure to high-growth regions
Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing

Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or contract management
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry
