Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the organization's real property is properly acquired, managed, leased, insured, maintained, and if necessary, disposed of with a focus on impact to the environment. Responsible for statewide commercial building and capital budgets. Provide consultation and directional support to all other LSS locations, lines of service, and provide leadership to the development of the organization and program facility management plans. Responsible for the organization's vehicle fleet, commercial and residential property portfolios, mail room, security contracts, cleaning contracts, and vendor engagements. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business and a minimum of 8 years of experience in property management or equivalent. 8-10 years of property management experience. Experience with Construction Management/CAD Drawings. Valid driver's license. Strong people and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and sense of accountability. Strong skills in developing spreadsheets. Strong skills in dispute resolution and conflict management. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Experience in successful lease and contract negotiations. Working knowledge of commercial and residential leasing process. Real estate and property development experience. Construction management experience and familiarity with International Building Code (IBS). Experience with financial statements. Experience managing budgets. Familiarity with automobile leases, ordering and maintenance. Experience managing property directors and managers including demonstrated success in building talent.
