JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Director, Global Quality - 25645DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Director, GlobalQuality is focused on developing and executing against a global qualitystrategy which empowers the organization to protect the trust of ourconsumers and brands and win in the market. This position will build thecapability cross functionally to anticipate risk and prevent qualityissues by developing expertise, standards in quality technologies anddriving robust new product development (NPD) qualification across theend-to-end supply chain. This role will drive prevention relatedprograms that will mitigate process and product failure and provideglobal quality personnel with a toolkit of standards and programs thatwill aid in continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred meaningful assignmentsin manufacturing, engineering, and/or manufacturing quality withincompanies recognized for achievement of best practices in leanmanufacturing/execution * Inclusive leader with 5+ years of peoplemanagement experience * Global acumen and familiarity withmulti-cultural diversity * Strong emphasis on quality tools (such asFMEA, FTA, QFD, SPC, Six Sigma, etc.) PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS* BS in Scientific Discipline; Engineering or Chemistry * MBA *Ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and demonstratemanagerial courage to deliver against business objectives. * Awell-rounded businessperson with strong organizational savvy, whopartners effectively with cross functional stakeholders to earn respectand trust at all levels of the organization. * Strong communicationskills - both writt n and oral.
