Collaboratewith product, engineering, architecture to ensure alignment with programexperience objectives. Defines the vision, strategy, and epics for fielddata through synthesizing strategy, research and feedback. Responsiblefor defining and monitoring strategy, OKRs, and operational metricsacross all channels. Responsible for the experience portfolio andoutcomes. Accountable for the business case development to supportexperience outcomes. Responsible for development of roadmaps,theprioritization of work on such and the subsequent execution of work.Accountable for developing fact base for program. Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience in project, digitalproduct management, IT or client operations.
